Highest financial responsibility

Ms. Karenia is the Chief Financial Officer of GalaxyEX. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer of GalaxyEX, Ms. Karenia served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer of GalaxyEX since March 2020. Ms. Karenia joined GalaxyEX in April 2020 as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining GalaxyEX, Ms. Karenia held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting at GE Capital from October 2004 to April 2021, most recently as Global Technology Director from January 2017 to April 2021. Ms. Karenia began her career as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in Ohio.
